Whatever the activity, you want to get the max benefits, right? Let’s use a workout routine as an example. If you drink lots of water, put some effort into it, and do it consistently, you’ll get the deepest gains from the workout.
Well, the same applies to a hypnosis session, but it might not be as obvious to you how to go about maximizing the experience. I have 5 simple tips below on how to do just that …
1. Establish a pre-hypnosis routine
Get yourself into the right frame of mind for hypnosis BEFORE you start. If you are angry, upset, distracted, etc., it might be harder for you to relax into the experience.
Here are some things you can do as part of your pre-hypnosis routine:
- Get comfortable! Dress (or undress) according to your preference. Look for a cozy spot to unwind. Take a relaxing shower.
- Find some peace and quiet. The mind will quiet when your surroundings are calm.
- Remember your breathing. Center yourself with some smooth inhalations and exhalations.
- Practice positive affirmations. Pick a mantra that makes you feel self-assured and good about yourself.
2. Keep it consistent
Continuing with the workout comparison I made above, you’re only going to strengthen your body if you keep at the workout and do it consistently. Same principle here! Life can get hectic, I get it, but set aside some time at regular intervals to work on yourself through hypnosis. You’ll be glad you did.
If you’re using my recordings, for example, don’t just listen to them at random times as they cross your mind. Make them a consistent part of your routine to get the most from every session.
3. Pace yourself
I know I’m presenting you with a veritable feast here on my site, but I recommend not glutting yourself! Stick to a sampling of my downloadable mp3 categories, instead of trying out one of each ALL at the same time. Too much will bog down your mind, and nothing will sink in. You’ll get the most benefit if you pace yourself.
4. A smaller focus can lead to bigger benefits
This goes for the erotic hypnosis sessions I offer, as well as any other type of hypnosis you pursue, including in-person sessions with a therapist. You’re going to reach your goal—whether that’s erotic or non-erotic—faster if you focus just on that one goal.
For example, if you’re really into training yourself to erupt on-command, focus on my Hands Free Orgasm series and avoid all other topics for a time. I recommend doing this for 21 days to really let it sink in.
5. Know yourself!
This is the key to personal fulfillment, and it’s no less true as a hypnotic subject than it is in any other aspect of your life. You can learn a lot about yourself through hypnosis, and it’s important to open your mind to that self-knowledge and to be accepting of it too.
Be positive, be kind to yourself, and know that everyone is different. Human beings experience hypnosis in many different ways, and they get different benefits from it too. Your mind and your sexuality are yours alone, and no one will ever know them as well as you do. Strive to learn more.
