First part of this series, it makes suggestions about forgetting. I found myself easily going down under as it seemed to be more of a conversational hypnosis type of file. It talks about going deeper and purposely giving up remember certain things. I found it to be a gentle amnesia training file. However, with repeated listening you will find yourself forgetting what happening in the file as you forget in order to achieve a blissful state.
