I’ve been hearing from a few of you where you’d had some health issue of one kind of another, and I thought it might be nice to have a vanilla / health-related session in your library.
Keep A Positive, Open Mind
I’ve seen how the power of the mind can assist in the healing process, and it can be both astonishing and baffling. Science says that it can’t be done, however, I’ve SEEN it done. Countless clients of mine, including my father, had a level of healing that the doctor couldn’t explain. My father’s fistula healed up, on it’s own, within a matter of a 2-3 weeks!! I’ll never forget the look on my father’s face when he told me that his doctor absolutely could not explain it, and that he practically turned white. He just could not explain how the fistula healed up like that. And it’s NOT really explainable. (hence, the baffling part)
It was the same thing for several former clients of mine for: cancer, neuropathy, cysts, broken bones, fibromyalgia – omg, there’s so many, but what they all have in common is that they used hypnosis to assist them with health issues, and they all had baffled doctors.

I know, I know… I rolled my eyes at the idea, too. When I began hypnosis school, I was a curious skeptic. When I started to see results first hand, I was pretty blown away.
Here’s why I think hypnosis helps…..
Your imagination is controlled by your subconscious mind, and can serve as a method of communication. Your subconscious doesn’t discern right/wrong/good/bad; it merely helps you achieve whatever you focus on. In addition, the subconscious mind controls certain aspects of the body. If we tell the subconscious mind what to do with our body, and it’s reasonable and already within the realm of what is happening, then it’s possible for the mind to assist in the healing process.

In this session, I will lead you through a visualization where a healing vortex is cleansing and removing toxins from your body. I will also command the cells, organs, tissues, systems, and fluids of the body to return to their proper functioning
At the very minimum, use it as a meditation for relaxation and stress reduction, which is always helpful.
