Hands Free Orgasm Training Instructions:
Level 1 – Listen to the Hands Free Orgasm Trigger Training Hypnosis as many times as you would like.
Level 2 – After you have listened to the Level 1 training audio (preferably more than once), you can begin the Level 2 training.
Each Level 2 recording will include a JOI with the Eruption trigger given in order to bring on your orgasm. Work on your timing – get really good at having your orgasm when I give the trigger.
Then when you’ve mastered timing your orgasm with the trigger, begin to use lighter and lighter touch, until you are able to achieve a Hands Free Orgasm.

With this part of the HFO Eruption training it is very easy to make baby steps in progress as well as getting lost and finding huge success at an later stage of level 2 training.
I am level 2 at this point right now (as I write this) in my personal journey to HFO. I got as far as getting into an nice relaxation with one of the other recordings of Mistress Amethyst for stress release in preparation (“The Deeper Loop” works fine for me). The track list brings me to “Countdown Training” than and it is an wonderful track to listen to. Besides the training and all, it just overwhelms you right from the beginning and prepares you for what comes next.
In the actual training part of the hypnosis where you’re the trigger is going to be tested, I am grapping my cock softly and letting go of that grip immediately as I start to “stroke“. The stroking is more of an rhythmic one sided touch by my thumb while there is no real grip any more. It is an wonderful feeling to let go and just don’t figuring out what happens, or how it really happens, that I feel more and more aroused. As the numbers getting lower and lower and I get to the point where I feel that moving my hand in any way would cause me to explode – and than I realize that the next number I hear is a six and it is an sweet agony of pleasure that is building up inside, until I can finally erupt on command and obey in the most pleasure full way that I could find so far. I have always been a huge fan of Mistress Amethyst’s countdown themed files. It is a trigger she uses a lot. So by now it has a very powerful effect on me. In essence the smaller the numbers the deeper you go. The deeper you go the more aroused you get. A feedback loop is established where the arousal and trance keep feeding each other. When Mistress gets it going the effect is very powerful and irresistible.
In this file Mistress uses this effect to teach you how to have a hands free orgasm (HFO). For me this was the perfect mechanism to induce a HFO. The countdowns are effective, but what really sells it is the teasing. Let’s face it. No one teases like Mistress Amethyst. She plays and toys with your desire to hear the next number. The only negative for me is that I don’t think I can listen to the Eruption files while in chastity any more. On the other hand, after a long chastity cycle this file should be even more powerful. I will call that a win-win.
